All orders are shipped via Steadfast Courier Service, ensuring secure and timely delivery across Bangladesh.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • During peak seasons or promotions, processing may take up to 3 business days.

3. Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery within Dhaka: 1–3 business days

  • Delivery to other regions of Bangladesh: 2–5 business days

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, public holidays, or logistical delays.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Dhaka: ৳80 per order

  • Outside Dhaka: ৳120 per order

  • Any additional charges due to special locations or services will be communicated before shipment.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped via Steadfast, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

  • You can use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment directly on the Steadfast Courier website.
