Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.

How to Request a Return

Return Shipping

  • Returns within Dhaka: Customers are responsible for delivery to our address or as instructed.

  • Returns outside Dhaka: We will provide instructions for shipment via Steadfast Courier Service.

  • Shipping charges for returns are generally borne by the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or mistake by Export-Pi.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Partial refunds may be applied if the product shows signs of use or is not returned in its original condition.

Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange a product (e.g., for a different size), please follow the same return procedure and indicate your desired replacement.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos and details.

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
