Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your product.

If more than 7 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer a return or refund.

Eligible Items for Return

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

Non-Returnable Items (Exceptions)

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Used or worn shoes
  • Clearance / discounted items
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse
  • Hygiene-sensitive items (if applicable)
  • Customized or special-order products

These items may be labeled as non-returnable in Google Merchant Center using return_policy_label.

Buyer’s Remorse Returns

We accept returns for buyer’s remorse (e.g., changed mind, size issue, or preference) within the return window, provided the item meets all return conditions.

Return Fees & Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • We do not charge any restocking fee
  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return:

We will respond to all return requests within 2 business days, as required by Google.

After approval, you will receive instructions on where and how to send the item.

Return Method

  • Returns are accepted by courier/shipping only
  • Customers must securely pack the product to avoid damage during transit
  • We do not currently offer in-store returns or drop-off points

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • You will be notified once the refund is completed

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos/videos as proof
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost

International / EU Customers (If Applicable)

For customers in the European Union:

  • You are entitled to a 14-day cancellation window
  • Faulty goods are covered by a 2-year guarantee, in accordance with EU consumer law
